YouTube has launched new options for content writers to help improve performance and facilitate moderation of channels.
Find out when your audience is online
It works for all channels. A new report shows what hours of the week the channel’s audience is most active, and this data will help determine the best time for streams.

Check for inappropriate comments
Now enabled for all channels by default, authors can manage comments to scale and improve the quality of conversations on channels.

Video Chapters
This feature allows you to break the video into separate “chapters” that the user can navigate through when watching. To enable Video Chapters, you will need to add time stamps to the video description and make sure that the first one starts at “0:00.” Video requirements: at least 3 chapters, and each chapter is at least 10 seconds.
