Questions about prices and terms
How much does website work cost?
The minimum project price is $358. There are three fixed-price plans: Start at $358, Standard at $537 and Business at $835. Choose a specific task: its scope is shown in the price list. Before work starts, we will record the result, price and timeline in the contract.
What does the fixed price include?
Diagnosis, the selected scope of work, a backup before changes, result testing and a brief final report. Each plan is paid per project. Working hours do not affect the agreed price.
Does the plan include all listed tasks?
Choose one task from the price list in each plan, such as migration, cleanup after a hack or a page layout. These are project options. Each option’s exact scope is shown in the price list and project selector. Several independent tasks are agreed in a separate task list and estimate.
When can the price change?
If diagnosis reveals a deeper infection, recovery without a backup, changes to a third-party module or work on several sites and integrations, we will propose a different scope. Additional work and its price are agreed before starting.
How is the timeline determined?
The timeline depends on the task and the site’s condition. After diagnosis, we will record it in the contract. Typical task timelines, where specified, are shown in the price list.
Which platforms do you work with?
We review websites built on WordPress, Shopify, WooCommerce, Squarespace, Wix, Webflow, Drupal and BigCommerce, as well as custom PHP, Python and Node.js projects. On hosted platforms, we agree on changes available through the dashboard and integrations supported by your plan. For Tilda, we offer migration to WordPress or WooCommerce.
Do you need hosting and admin access?
Diagnosis and work may require access to the CMS, files and database. We will agree on the required access before starting. We save a backup before making changes.
What should I do if my website is hacked?
Send your website address and describe the problem. After diagnosis, we will agree on cleanup or cleanup with protection: finding and removing detected malicious code, checking the site and, in the comprehensive option, fixing identified vulnerabilities.
